My name is Saronadi
I have dedicated my life to the tire repair industry, having begun my career in 1990 up to 2001 as a Mining Operation Supervisor then a Tire Supervisor till I used to be a Tires Superintendent in PT. Freeport Indonesia, the largest mining in the world.
Since then I have worked in all aspects of the Mining operation and all the aspects of killing the tires before I moved over to Tire shop Operation. Since year of 2002 I worked for a custom manufacturer of all wheels and rims for mining, forestry and industrial equipment, specializing in Haul Trucks and Loaders as a Trainer, my main duty is to create modules of every mine site due to kind of equipment used.
Trained all of customers for wheel - rim construction, tire selection, better and faster mounting demounting of tires, Pressure maintenance, and all of aspects to save the tires, my main goal is to reduced tire cost by educating manpower in doing the proper tire maintenances.
During this period of time, I have done training for PT. Pamapersada Nusantara, PT. INCO, PT. Newmont, PT. Kaltim Prima Coal, etc.
My latest position in this company was a Territory Manager for Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
I have networking world wide, to enrich my knowledge I attended some events of tire industry, Training at Good Year tire factory in Topeka – Kansas City, USA, training at Northwest retread plant in Phoenix Arizona USA, attended meeting of LTUG (Large tire user group) in Port Mc Murray- Canada, and to learn world class standard of tire shop operation.
I visited some mining companies in north America such as Morency (Phelpdodge), Suncor, Syncrude, Fording River Coal, coal mining in the LOGAN lake Canada etc.
Now I use the knowledge I've gained over the years to run the Tire Repair, We at Multitama Indonesia are considered the domestic leaders in TIRE REPAIRING and TIRE MANAGEMENT BUSINESS.
